Hosted Phone System
Hosted systems afford a reliability and cost efficiency over customized on-premise systems. Below is our standard costs structure used to build systems. The one-time cost of a backoffice setup for a PBX is $250 and includes programming your extensions, voicemail box, auto attendant menu, and iFAX.
PBX
.- Keep your existing phone number(s), we’ll port them over to NorthByNorth.
- Monthly charge for operating your complete phone system, whether you use 2-100 extensions in one or mutliple locations.
- Included Features: Virtual receptionist, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Extension dialing, Fax to Email, Voicemail to Email, Call transfer, call waiting, Caller-ID and Name, After Hours modes, Ring groups, Music on hold, Teleconference bridge, Manage your settings online
Channels
.- Channels are the connection you purchase to make or receive calls to your system.
- Receiving one call while another user makes an outbound call requires one channel.
- Buy only the number of trunks you need – adjust anytime
- Local calls and calls to most of Canada are included in the channel price. Calls in area code 867 (other than your local calling area) are $0.10/min.

Teleconference
2-100 users- Teleconference systems are expensive with a traditional provider – not su with us.
- By way of an example, costs for a 5 person teleconference that lasts 60 minutes would be:
- NxN = $30 (5 X $0.10 X 60)
- Local Provider = $105 (5 X $0.35 X 60)
- Natl. Provider = $129 (5 X $0.43 X 60)

Below is our standard costs structure for a single line/extensions which can be used at home or work. There is no set-up costs for these plans.
